Refund Policy

At Jean-J, we offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@jean-j.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: [3544 HARLOWE AVE, BOYNTON BEACH, FL, 33436]. Upon approval, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable items. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out for clarification.

Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the quickest way to get what you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. As with our general return policy, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its approval or rejection for a refund. If your return is approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times with your bank or credit card provider may take additional time.
